Building a scalable hiring portal requires managing multi-tenant roles (job seekers, employers, admins), parsing complex resumes accurately, processing secure applicant payments, and ensuring zero-downtime microservice deployments.

Architected an Express.js & Next.js full-stack system with Prisma ORM on PostgreSQL, integrated Anthropic Claude for smart resume data extraction, wired AWS S3 for document storage, automated Stripe billing, and orchestrated production deployments via Docker Compose.
